My Computer Cop© End-user License Agreement

Def: MyComputerCop.com is a business entity and registered
owner of its domain and MyComputerCop Cyber
Privacy and Security Software (hereinafter "Software").

MyComputerCop.com grants to the purchaser of this copy
(the Licensee) a royalty-free, nonexclusive license to use
this Software for academic, research and personal use only
and subject to the following conditions:

A. By using or copying the Software, Licensee agrees to
abide by the terms of this Agreement.

B. Title and copyright to the Software remain with MyComputerCop.com
and Licensee agrees to preserve the same.

C. Licensee acknowledges that all Software is in the
development stage and that it is being supplied "as is",
without any accompanying services from
MyComputerCop.com. THE VENDOR MAKES NO
REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED. By way of example, but not limitation,
MyComputerCop.com MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS
FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR
THAT THE USE THE SOFTWARE WILL NOT
INFRINGE ON ANY PATENTS OR OTHER RIGHTS.
The Vendor shall not be held liable for any
liability nor for any direct, indirect or consequential damages
with respect to any claim by Licensee or any third party with
respect to this Agreement or any use of the Software.

D. Licensee may NOT distribute the Software or any
derivative work based on the Software to third parties
without express permission from requests@mycomputercop.com.

E. Licensee agrees to abide by all applicable International
Laws and laws of Canada, including, but not limited to,
copyright and export control laws.

F. MyComputerCop.com has the right to terminate this
license immediately by written notice upon Licensee's breach
of, or non-compliance with any of its terms and in such an
event to lawfully recover any damages arising. Licensee may
be held legally responsible for any copyright infringement
that is caused or encouraged by licensee's failure to abide by
the terms of this license.

G. This License permits installation of the software on
a single computer system. Additional seats are
available for a small fee from support@MyComputerCop.com.
